Sharjah, the UAE's third-most-populous emirate, sits just north of Dubai and carries a different air-quality profile from its neighbor: significant industrial and manufacturing zones sit alongside a dense residential city with a large number of schools, and heavy daily commuter traffic between Sharjah and Dubai adds its own share of local particulate load on top of the dust the whole coast shares.

Nafas forecasts Sharjah 48 hours out, twice a day, using the same Copernicus CAMS, Sentinel-5P, and OpenAQ / public ground-station inputs used across all 10 cities it covers. For a city where a bad-air morning affects school decisions as much as it affects a factory floor, that's meant to be a plain answer, not a number to interpret.

Forecasts are built on Copernicus CAMS (via Open-Meteo), cross-checked against Sentinel-5P and OpenAQ / public ground stations where available. No hardware owned or deployed.  Read how it's built →
